Vinod Singh

Vinod Singh is a strategic infrastructure and sustainability leader, currently serving as Senior Director – Asia at Jacobs, where he leads cross-border initiatives in water, urban resilience and built-environment projects across the Asia-Pacific region. At Jacobs, Vinod drives multi-disciplinary solutions that help governments and industry partners tackle complex challenges involving water management, wastewater reuse, water-positive solutions and sustainable infrastructure delivery. He also serves as Vice President of the Singapore Water Association (SWA), where he advocates for collaborative partnerships and innovative approaches to water conservation, reuse and resource resilience. Vinod’s work spans engagement with public, private and international stakeholders to advance water security, policy frameworks and regional cooperation. A frequent contributor to industry forums and global think tanks, he combines engineering insight with leadership in sustainability and resilience planning, shaping outcomes that support long-term environmental and operational performance.
